A moderately stiff linear keyswitch. The resistance ensures an accurate key press ideal for some gamers. Its linear feel, combined with a slightly higher spring force, has made this keyswitch popular in industrial and point-of-sale environments.

It’s great for typing but I hate it for games

Favorite switch for gaming. I don't usually bottom out even when playing games on this switch and it really helps with quick movements in some that require rapid presses of the same key. Typing is great too, but the force it takes to push down isn't

I love the way the switches feel but they can be too heavy after a while of typing or gaming.

Not preferred for all day typing. Above average for gaming, but not the best.

Quite hard to press, my fingers feel sore after a while of typing and gaming. Old switch on my 6Gv2, but still remain good.

So far my favorite cherry mx switch for several years and still is. blue and greens I always had issues with the release on some switches not resetting or with them locking up. Want to try browns.

I realize typing fatigue is a big problem for people with these keys, but as someone whos used MX Blacks for 3 years, you definitely adjust to them, and learn to appreciate the overall fidelity of the switches.

Great for a satisfyingly rigid response while gaming but they're just too tiring to type on after a short while. Much prefer the browns I've replaced them with but may be for you if you have more strength than you know what to do with.
