Been typing on keyboards for forty five years. On a VIC-20 a d every thing in between then and now. If your a professional you already know why the blue matters. If your not then you'll appreciate the decisiveness it offers that cant be matched.

cherry mx blues are the best clicky keycaps you can purchase for sure. although I do not think blues are the best for high-level competitive play.

Used these for years with no complaints. They feel good, the click is satisfying without being annoying. There might be something better out there but I never felt a need to go looking. Would recommend rubber O-rings to dampen the sound of the keycap bottoming out on the backplate, which is louder than the switch itself.

To my experience, blue switches makes that satisfying clicky sound when you register a key press, but they are terrible if you're going to voice chat or stream during your gaming sessions. There are ways to suppress this noise, but you're going to have to invest a lot more to do that.

I’m also a fan of the clicky sound; however unless you know that everyone around you also likes it, I wouldn’t recommend these switches. If you like the tactile feedback but not the noise, try brown switches. That’s what I use in the office.

Maybe too clicky for use when in on-line meetings. OK for when you are working on your own, but even then it cuts through music on the headphones. Reminds me of the solaris workstation keyboards from the 1990's.
