I don't game but I do do a lot of typing in a Linux terminal. These are a bit quieter than Cherry MX Blues and a whole lot quieter than buckling-spring. I like the feel of the Cherry Blues a very tiny bit better than these. But that's totally subjective, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with Box Whites.

They are a very good combination of tactile and clicky switches. The produce a lovely sound and typing with these switches feels like a dream. Highly Recommend !!

These switches are amazing, they have a wonderful sound and are very reactive and precise wiith my fingers. I love them in my Anne Pro 2

Great for terminal and VIM work. I know that I have clicked them when I press, With my Silver speed switches it's hard to tell, but now with these.

Highly satisfying to use. Feels like a hybrid of all three switch types. It has the actuation force of a linear switch, the bump of a tactile switch, and the click of a clicky switch.

The switch is absolutely perfect for me. I assumed I would go for a tactile switch with my first mechanical keyboard, but I was absolutely wrong when I chose the BOX Whites. They have the perfect amount of clicky-ness to them, not too loud nor too heavy. Playing FPS games with them is phenomenal as the keys don't require a lot of force to press down. This keyboard feels phenomenal, it's super smooth and the click it has is very clean. Would totally recommend this switch to anyone.

Gaming on these, I found with thicker keycaps that the upstroke tactility (click bar resetting) would almost feel "stuck" if I didn't entirely take my finger off of the keycap, but this may just be my problem. Man, these are good switches. Never miss a beat when typing. Best clicky.

I purchased my first mechanical keyboard - a Corsair K765 that has Kailh box white switches. I love them! They feel great and I can hear when they activate. I can't imagine a better switch.

Best light typing switches on the MX platform. Smooth as butter. WPM through the roof. No spring "ping" and no metal rattle.
